[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Let me start off by saying That my husband and I are very particular about the way we do our garden and would only use the best of the best products on it. Now this season we were overcome by weeds and brush that had been laying around on the garden all Fall Winter and Spring. So when we went to try and pull weeds it was a complete no go. As soon as we got this cultivator and began tilling it was night and day in the ease of getting those weeds out and flipping the dirt that was so hard over. I couldn't believe how easy it was to handle this machine as I am a small petite Woman and somewhat weak I guess you would say. But I was able to run it and handle it all on my own and get the job done while my husband stood by and made sure I did everything correctly. We have had one cultivator or tiller is what I called it before and it did OK in comparison to this new cultivator. Our new Cultivator is the Mack daddy of all others and if you have not tried out a newer model then I suggest you do so right away. I love how the blades are bent to really get down in there and flipped the dirt around for you that is pretty cool in my opinion. Now when I say we are very particular about our garden and the tools we use on it I will tell you we clean this cultivator after each use to make sure it will have a long lasting life and be used to the best of its capability. I couldn't be more proud to call this machine my own.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Troybuilt is a name we have trusted for years. This cultivator stands up to its name 100%. It was super easy to put together and came with pre-mix as a added bonus! The cultivator was smooth to start, even for me! We used it to turn our ground for the 2020 garden and it saved us hours instead of doing it by hand. I would reccomend this product and brand!

I really wanted to like this Cultivater, but it has been a little underwhelming. After the second use is started smoking on start up. Also, if you have any weeds taller than a couple inches it's just going to wind up in the aclean bog it down. You have to manually clean it out quite often
The only thing that I have done with this tiller is put the oil they sent with it in, plus seeing as they didn't send enough oil, I added my own as well. I don't know that I want to attempt to use this thing, it looks like a cheap piece of junk. Maybe it's a great machine, I'm just saying it looks like junk. I was too embarrassed to take it to a job I had, because it looks cheap as hec. This goes without saying that the instructions that came with it are very inaccurate. Had I followed the instructions on filling with oil, the oil would be pour all over the floor, plus the engine would have only been about half full of oil. The instructions specifically say that only 3.04oz of oil is needed, that is not true. If it is true then the 3.04 fluid oz. bottle of oil they send with the machine is lying. Per instructions, the oil level that they show to consider the engine full was no achieved by the 3.4 fl. oz. bottle, more like two of them. I realize you get what you pay for. Why even sell such a cheap looking tool. Sorry Troybilt for the bad initial review. Should I ever use it and I am proven wrong , I will come back to hear and update this comment. I hate to give a bad review. Even an initial one. Have a good day.
Bought in December, 2022 as a gift. Living in Ohio, we didn't have an opportunity to use it until May, 2023. Open the box, add fresh gas and oil, motor starts and tines will not turn. Seller will not reimburse or replace. Never got to use it as it is still at a shop waiting for self paid repair of a brand new cultivator.
