I like GABA very much! A very effective product.
Gaba has helped calm down my nervous energy, I feel more relaxed and focused. I take two tablets every morning at breakfast. I am go greatful for this product.

Gaba helps me wind down and relax. I take it in the evening and it usually allows me to fall asleep w/o my usual brain chatter. I aslo take 2 mgs. melatonin most nights. I highly recommend Gaba & Swanson prices are always reasonable.
