[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great solution for our Hoover cleaner. Easy to use and lasts a while since you mix a small amount of this with water. My five year old rug looks brand new!! Even with heavy traffic and kids- amazing!

It was very easy to put together and use. It did really good cleaning my carpet as well.
Had other carpet cleaners the hand instrument worked good but the floor part for large areas didn't work so great this one works works great pulls the dirt right out of the carpet and looks good when you're done highly recommend this product works great.

Not powerful enough to clean rugs that service a toddler and two dogs/hair may be good for single person household
I added area rugs on my flyers for my cleaning business and the dirty solution is now going on the rugs and not in the tank for it.. I got to get a commercial cleaner and send this thing back.
I'm sure the actual product will be great. However, not once but twice, a completely different product was sent. The only thing correct was the brand.
I have tried numerous times to get a hold of y'all or Hoover. All I get is the runaround I would like a shipping label to return this I will not pay for something that's broke.
