I was given Align Probiotic to try and have to say I was pleasantly surprised by the gentle way it helps with digestion. It's so easy to simply take a capsule, which I prefer to take at night. This is my first time adding a probiotic to my routine and so far it's been working well and I certainly recommend giving it a try for yourself.

I like how these come in blister packs with the days of the week on them as I think this helps with keeping the product as fresh as possible

I tried it and it did seem to help some stomach issues I've been having since I finished chemo. But was not a complete success for me, maybe my expectations were to high it did help my stomach feel better but not as much as I expected. I would recommend Align to my friends but would explain my experience with the product and that it might not work for everybody and that my situation is a bit unusual.

Took the pills but really noticed nothing different about the way I reacted to foods or any change in my digestive track health. I don t think it does much. Maybe if I had an issue before I would feel different but ... no adverse affects either so I guess that is good.

The only good thing I found with this extra strength version is that there weren't any gas issues like I had with the original brand. Other than that, I'm not a fan of this one.
