I'm a newbie to probiotics. I'm so glad I made the change in my routine. I LOVE that it uses the power of nature by fermenting botanicals in their true form to deliver a premium whole food organic blend. I am very aware of what I put into my body, and the ingredients are perfect for me. I have been taking this now for about a week, and I have noticed a huge difference already when it comes to bloating and "movement". Not to mention this is Vegan!!! Just an amazing product.
These were ok but did work as well as I had thought as other probiotics I have taken. I would recommend just does not work as well with my body chemistry so to speak.

We haven't noticed any improvement in our digestive health but not saying it wouldn't work for others. I was really hoping it would be an improvement for at least one of us. I like that it's an all natural produc, made from organic whole foods. There are no artificial flavors or fillers and it's also dairy free. It is a fairly large pill so you need plenty of fluid to wash it down. I would recommend this because it's made of all natural healthy foods and I feel it would help most people.
The doctor recommended, but there are much better and more potent brands available. The price was okay, but tripled, so I switched brands to Nature Valley.
