I've been using Mega Flora + turmeric for about a year and a half now, it is definitely a great product. I was so happy that I recently found that MegaFood has a Probiotic/Prebiotic supplement. This is one of the key supplements necessary to maintain a healthy body. MegaFood supplements were recommended to me by a nutritionist over 15 years and I have been taking them ever since. Not all vitamins/supplements are the same as far as quality and absorption. Some do not breakdown and easily assimilate into the body but these are one of the best you can get. I highly recommend them if you are looking for a way to improve your health and vitality.
