I'm on a tight budget and can't afford all I'd like, even though it is very reasonably priced. So I will pick up a piece a month. I bought this skillet in the blue. It's gorgeous for starters! I use it every day usually twice a day. It holds up well. Nothing sticks! Clean up is a breeze too! I splurged and went back and got a 2nd one. Next time will be a bigger one, and I have my eye on the Dutch Oven. I have Fibromyalgia & Arthritis. It is hard for me to lift things. These are JUST what I needed! They are lightweight for me, but still heavy/thick enough to get the job done! There are no hotspots. I just love them and look forward to getting more. I don't think you can go wrong with them! Oh, I use an electric stove. Enjoy!
I bought four of these for gifts for family and friends, my husband had bought one and Love it for cooking and for the price....So I am passing the items on for others to enjoy.........elaine
As soon as I received I used it. I was thrilled and it cooked beautiful. It is light to handle and cleaned well.
This skillet is the very best one I've ever had. You really don't need to add anything to keep food from sticking, and cleaning it is so simple. Inside and out, nothing sticks. I'm saving up to buy more of the set. Love, love, LOVE IT!!
Love this new pan. I was looking for a cheap non-stick pan and so far this one has been great. I love the color too (everything my kitchen/dining room is turquoise so this was perfect for me)! I will be purchasing more of these products from now on.
I purchased for christmas the light blue butterfly bottom set. I have a glass top stove. The 1st time I used the medium pan I noticed a scratch on the glass top. The 2nd time I used a different pan from the set and it left another scratch. Are these pans not to be used on glass top stoves. There is no statements stating not to be used on glass top appliances. Advise
I bought the Pioneer Woman 10" turquoise skillet yesterday because we watch her religiously and love her show and thought her products would be of the highest quality but was so disappointed when I fixed sausage and eggs this morning (on low heat - glass top stove) and part of the center label came off on the stove. I had to use a razor blade to get it off. Never had a pan do this before. However, it looks good and cleans easily. Won't buy another one unless the quality is improved.
Was excited to buy this Pioneer Woman pan. But after the second use the paint from the center logo on the bottom started coming off onto our glass top stove. Customer Service at Pioneer Woman very kindly replaced it. Unfortunately the replacement pan is doing the same thing so we must discontinue use. We are not dragging it or using over high heat. It's the turquoise pan. Hopefully it's only this color and something PW will get straightened out.
I was really disappointed in the quality of this skillet (10" PW butterfly non-stick)...I was expecting better than the normal run-of-the-mill walmart skillets, at a slightly more reasonable price. I used this skillet 3 days then returned for a full refund. Within those 3 days, the red paint had come off when washing food residue from the outside and the handle had become very loose, with no way to tighten. This is unacceptable, even from a cheap skillet. The non-stick surface gave me no issue but it seems it may have been only a matter of time for that to fail. I would probably not consider purchasing any further PW products. There are plenty of tested/true products that are worth the extra money. Wish i had taken pics...I was too disgusted to care about making a review at the time.
I bought this pan and the first time I used it the butterflies came off on my ceramic cook top and it was very hard to get off. The handle is very loose all of the time and won't stay tightened. Poor quality. I am disappointed because I thought Pioneer Woman stuff would be very well made
