The Pioneer Woman 13” Everyday Pan is a great addition to my kitchen. I am so happy with this piece of cookware that I know it will become my go to pan all the time. The 13” diameter makes it perfect for those family sized meals. The outside is a beautiful blue color with a ceramic non stick inside. I love that it has a handle on each side which makes it perfect to bring right to the table & serve from it & with the clear glass lid it makes it easy to see what's inside. The added bonus that I liked was a booklet of 10 recipes & a complete pamphlet of instructions & care of the pan. Being able to use it in the oven is another plus. I highly recommend this Everyday Pan for every kitchen. It makes a great gift for bridal showers, new home/apartment dwellers & to everyone that is looking for a large size pan.
When I ordered the pot I wasn't sure how I was ultimately going to feel about it. It listed in the description that it was a ceramic pot and I have heard horror stories about delicate these types of cookware can be, so I was looking forward to trying this new pot out. The size was perfect for me. The first dish I decided to try it out on was a tomato-based spaghetti sauce. I thought that if something was going to destroy a pot, this had the greatest potential. I read the instructions and the only thing that really stood out to me was not to use high heat but to gradually increase the heat as you cook. That worked for me since I had to cook some raw ingredients as well as add in some frozen beef, so I started my long cook process. After simmering the sauce all day on medium heat, I thought it was completely destroyed now since tomato has a habit of ruining anything it can into the pores of. As I poured off the sauce into one of my storage bowls, I saw how red the pot was, and I couldn't help but think to myself, “Well, that didn't take long”. But, as I placed it in the sink and started to wash it, it just started to come clean immediately. I was shocked at how easily the pot cleaned up. You can see for yourself; it didn't leave so much as a single mark on the pot. I am convinced that I need to get some more of these. I don't think I have anything in my cabinets that are as easy to clean as this has been. I will definitely be buying more of these. To top it off it is a gorgeous color.
I recently received this Pioneer Woman Ceramic Everyday Pan. What a gorgeous pan! It measures 13” by about 3” and has a beautiful rich and vibrant shade of teal on its exterior. The weight is substantial and has teal easy grip heat resistant handles on the pan itself and the same handle on the top of the clear lid. The lid has steam vents too. The interior of the pan is a light grey. Surprisingly, the countertops in my kitchen are a lighter shade of teal (not my choice, prior owners must have been going for a tropical vibe) and this pan matches perfectly if I chose to leave it out to display. This pan is great for frying chicken because it is so deep, but it would also be great for making spaghetti sauce or alfredo sauce because of its substantial size. It will easily hold a pound of cooked pasta with plenty of room to stir. I like the idea of, once made and mixed, I can leave it on my stove on low (attended of course) because we all have different dinner scheduled in our home. The pan heats well and the heat is evenly distributed. I use wooden utensils so as not to scratch the surface, but the interior surface feels very durable. I have PW frying pans, a pot belly flowered big pot, dish towels, and measuring spoons in Ree's line as well as several of her cookbooks. Everything matches and works well together. I was impressed that this pan shipped with temporary clips holding the lid upside down in the pan so as not to scratch during shipment. I have found with the PW products I own to be versatile, durable, and well-made. This Pioneer Woman Ceramic Everyday Pan would make a wonderful wedding, shower, or housewarming gift. You will not be disappointed.
First, this is a beautiful pan! I love the gradient teal color, crisp white ceramic interior, double handles, and vented glass lid with a riveted handle. Second, the pan and lid are large (13 inches), substantial, well made, and the handles are wrapped with teal silicone. Finally, the pan performs very well. I have cooked eggs, hash browns, and grilled cheese sandwiches and have been delighted with the results. Nothing sticks! The sandwich had a lovely golden crust. The hash browns and eggs slipped right out. The pan washed up with a quick swipe. I find myself reaching for this pan often.
When I bought The Pioneer Woman cookware. I liked the large 13" pan For cooking family meals. I loved the porcelain enamel aluminum, because Of its light weight, so imagine my surprise, after reading the enclosed cookware care & use instructions and the recipe booklet! To discover this cookware can go into the oven as well! I can't wait to try all the delicious recipes! I will be getting some early Christmas presents for my family!
I received The Pioneer Woman Ceramic Everyday Pan, Double Handles, and it's nice. This pan is a nice size, you can fit a lot in this pan. You can make a nice one pot meal in this pan. You can put the pan in the oven for up to 350degrees. This pan cleans up easily with soap and water. I love the color of this pan. The two handle sides are so good. The pan comes with a small cookbook too. I would recommend this Pioneer WomanCeramic Everyday Pan, Double Handles to anyone who cooks a lot of one pan meal it's well worth the price.
I've never been so excited to cook in my life! This pan is amazing and perfect for making a large batch of American chop suet (that's what I just made in it? Cooks evenly, holds a lot of food which is a must for my family and the best thing, clean up is a breeze!!! No pasta stuck to the pan and the sauce came off with one swipe. This is definitely the pan to get! Highly recommended!
This pan is beautiful to look at. Food doesn't stick to it at all and it is very easy to clean. It heats evenly and the bottom didn't scorch. It is perfect for large families. I only cook for smaller groups and as an older woman I found this pan a bit unwieldy to handle when I wanted to move it from the stove to the counter or to slide food out of it on to a plate. Luckily I have a large sink so it fit to wash the pan. Otherwise cleaning it would be awkward. The coverings on the metal handles do not cover all the metal and so you must be careful not to burn yourself by gripping too much of the handle. If you cook large dinners and have the room, it is a nice pan.
The pan appears to be warped. The lid will not fit properly. I will have to return it for an exchange.
The lid shattered when I took it out of the box
