It was my first time purchasing this product,I'm happy with the performance of the product. I suffer from chronic pain and have to soak everynight and this product really relaxed all my aches and I rest great.
I had actually been looking for a good bath soak but really did not want to sit in a tub full of synthetic chemicals/artificial colors, as most bath bombs/soaks on the market contain these harmful ingredients. I know it may sound a bit strange, but as someone who values 100% natural products and is careful about what comes into contact with their body, I do often look to products marketed to babies as these products are *usually* a safer bet seeing as they are intended for sensitive infants. That is how I initially discovered Oilogic and the fact that it is made safe, cruelty free, and vegan definitely keeps my interest! [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]

So this is good to put in a warm to hot bath, whichever you like. The warmer it is, the quicker the Epsom will melt with the water. I've used plain Epsom to relax my muscles and help sooth them. This slumber and Sleep Essential oil does that, but has an added bonus of calm relaxing scents of lavender to help induce sleepiness.
