This is a simple license plate frame that is well made and feels sturdy. This license plate frame by Auto Drive has a chrome finish which shines and looks really nice against the finish on my car. The installation of the frame was very easy and straight forward. There are also instructions that come with the frame that provides detailed instructions with a picture explaining how to put it on your car. The license plate frame does not come with any hardware for the installation, so you'll need to supply your own. I just used the same hardware from my old plate cover. This license plate frame is simple, and stylish, and it feels well-made and durable.
This slim, chrome frame is designed so it will not block state registration tags. Moreover, slim frames have a more aggressive and minimalistic look. The license plate frame features a shiny finish and is rust and corrosion resistant. The unit does not include hardware for mounting, so be sure to pick up a mounting kit prior to installation. The metal extends up on the back so that the bottom of the license plate fits snugly inside it. The frame is designed to expose the name of the state located at the top of the license plate and has cutouts in all 4 corners in order to expose your registration sticker no matter what state you live in. This makes this frame a very flexible product when considering mounting as it can be mounted utilizing just the top two holes, or you can use all four if your vehicle is so equipped for extra security. Overall, it's well constructed, sells for a reasonable price, and is extremely easy to install. I would highly recommend this product as this license plate frame will certainty be hard to miss out on the highway as it adds a lot of elegance to any vehicle that adorns it.
Auto Drive Chrome Recessed LP Frame is so easy to install. The instructions are right on the package and easy to follow. I like how it matches all the chrome on my car. It gives an updated look,since my older frame was rusting for some odd reason. Guess we'll see how well it holds up. It's actually pretty sturdy, not flimsy like some that have that cheap material and don't last with changes of weather. It gives that crisp clean look.Not like my car in the pictures, that needs a good wash, just been really busy lately. I'm happy in how it looks.
The auto drive chrome metal recessed license plate frame is a nice addition to our truck. Seems to be made well and sturdy, like the chrome and design, came with the screws to mount to it was super easy to put on. Looks really nice wrapped around our cowboys tag in the front. Recommend these lp frames for sure.
I love personalized license plates! I bought a sublimation printer and blank plates so that I could design and make my own. I got this wonderful license plate frame, and was thinking up my new design. Before I got it made and put on my car, a young man hit my car doing over $7000 worth of damage. Now I need to get another car, but at least I have this well made black frame to accent my new plate that will go on my new car. I really love the black frame as it will bring out the bright colors I'm planning to put on my new plate. This is a great addition to any car!
This license plate holder works great for me! My back license plate had no holder at all so it just was screwed directly into the back of the car. With this frame there is definition between the car and the plate. It is a nice decorative touch. The chrome finish is very nice. I'm getting one for my other car too.
I like the chrome look with this cover. I had no issues with install, and does have all 4 holes to bolt on. You can just do the top two mount holes if needed as it holds your plate nice either way. It held my backup up camera up perfect. I would recommend this cover for a new fresh look!
I like this frame for its small weight and exact size that allows the license plate to fit very nicely. The edges are small and they create a fantastic look on my license plate. The frame has four holes for easy installation with just four screws and a screwdriver. Using only two top screws for affixing the frame may also be an option but I did not like that in this case the bottom of my license plate hangs by itself and bounces against the frame from time to time as I drive. Therefore, using all four holes for affixing the license plate is more preferable. I wish the crews were provided with the frame, but any standard crews for affixing the license plate to the bumper will do, depending on the thickness of the bumper, too. It took me just a few minutes to attach the frame and my license plate to my car bumper. Chrome coating protects the frame from water and weather elements, and shines brightly reflecting either sunlight or light from other cars. The frame is made of metal, and therefore it is not thick, but steady and durable. I also like that this frame is easy to clean from dirt or from road bugs.
