Works for the most part, if you are looking for something that eliminates the look of extra fat fast this will work perfectly. It does make you sweat a lot which I found nice because I know it helps you lose water weight and such, but also makes me uncomfortable if I wear it too long. My husband tried one too because he is self conscious at work and out in public because of his "love handles" and said it worked fine, he just wasn't buying another one.
