We bought a similar model from Walmart. The lights don't light up when the unit is powered on. I contacted Stelpro as directed in their warrenty and they agreed the unit is defective. They then refused to honor the warranty, because Walmart is not one of their authorized distributors. If you buy one and have an issue, good luck finding someone at Walmart to help you get a new one. Walmart didn't make the defective heater; Stelpro did.
