Tracfone website should make a link to add data pin on their home page. Instead, you have to call them.
Purchased the 2GB data card through wal-mart and had it loaded to phone in a short amount of time even though we are not tech savy. It was much easier than buying in a store.
Within a few minutes, I was able to download the card and apply the data minutes to my phone. It was a seamless transaction. I really don't like going to my local Walmart because it's so crowded all the time, but this was effortless since I purchased it online.
with my smartphone from SAFELINK I have the option of using data or wifi, so since I don't have any internet I use a lot of wifi, and it makes it easier when you are the only place other than tracfone website that sells data cards, but you should think about changing your price because you can get 1GB from tracfone for only 10.00 so your price should be looked at, but you are the only place that sells the data cards so you will get a lot of business.
Received the item pin by e-mail within ten minutes after order and was a breeze to install. Took only a couple of minutes. The price was right for 2gb of data
I was skeptical to purchase data online but after reading the positive reviews decided to give it a try. I was extremely pleased with out quickly my confirmation from Walmart came through and within a few minutes I was able to quickly add data to my Tracfone service without any problems whatsoever. The pay as you go plans work well for my uses of a cell phone and I would gladly buy a data card again when needed through Walmart. I highly recommend!

Tracfone data cards are good for lite use of Internet and can only be used with active Tracfone Android phones. These data cards can not be used with hot spots or tether devices (as of this writing).---- Tracfone Data Cards for Android (card will not work with non-Androids) phones are tied to the phone's service date. The Data Card adds data only. You will not be adding minutes, not adding text, and not extending your service date. You can not use a Tracfone Data Card to activate a new phone (not at this time, there's always hope). ----- Example 1- adding this data card to an active Android Tracfone with existing minutes and service date adds 300MB of data. Unused MB's will carryover with your service date. You must not run out of minutes on your phone. ----- Example 2 - if you have 100 minutes on your phone and your service date is January 1, 2014 when you add the 300MB data card you will still have 100 minutes and your service date will still be January 1, 2014 and 300MB of data that will rollover with the next airtime card. ----- To be clear, your existing talk and text minutes and service date will stay the same. The data card is not able to extend those. The data card can only be used with an active phone and has nothing to do with extending your talk and text and service date.----
I purchased this online and in a short time the pin was emailed to me which I added to my tracfone. I purchased a 1gb online at tracfone for only $10.
The card was easy to load so, there was not issue with the card per say. I went to Target and they had the 1,000 GB Data for $10 ea. so, I could have saved $10 by purchasing my data cards at Target. I paid $30 for 2 GB of data at Walmart.
