I used this Kraft original BBQ sauce on my pulled pork sandwich leftovers today. This BBQ sauce is tangy, flavorful, and delicious! It could be used for chicken or any other meat dish. I definitely recommend this original BBQ sauce!
I use Kraft Char Grill BBQ sauce in baked beans, a small amount on Hamburger patties before putting them on the grill, a small amount with seasoning when I put Rib Eye Steaks on the grill. Difficulty finding this particular Sauce locally. When I do find the Char Grill Sauce I purchase several bottles at the time. Thank you for all your wonderful food products.
I Buy this by the case and have loved it for 25 years I stopped being able to find it in stores so I found a source online and bought it by the case for the last 10 years, now that source does not sell it and I cannot find it anywhere. I have doctored up this sauce and won local contest with it. It has the best, spicy vinegary multi layered flavor ever. I even shared the sauce with the prior mayor of a major city who loved my BBQ he was floored when I told him it was Kraft, he said he started using it for his barbecues, please bring it back I half 1/2 bottle left.
I have used Kraft Chargrilled bbq sauce many times over the years. It is always hard to find in my area but when I do find it in a store I buy three bottles so I know I have it on hand. I feel it does gives meat that cooked outside on the grill flavor. I use it on burgers, pork roast, and ribs that are cooked in the over or crock pot. I had to give it a "Convenience rating of 1 star only because it is so hard to find in my local area.
From what I am reading here this has been discont'd. Just wanted mine & my husbands opinion on Kraft Char Grill BBQ Sauce. We used it for a long time from the time we "discovered" it until we couldn't find it any more. I stocked up when I realized that it was getting harder to find and we are down to our last bottle. I just couldn't believe when I read on here that there were no plans to bring it back. Like I said, just wanted to let Kraft know. Thanks
Due to dietary issues, I had to switch BBQ sauces and can only use those with no high fructose corn syrup. I like my sauces spicy and sweet and I add my on ingredients to amp it up even more. When I tried Kraft's non-HFCS version I was happily surprised. It provides a great base for my sauce recipes - I can add more honey, or more hot spices or both. The results are fantastic and I appreciate the versatility it gives me, along with being free of HFCS. Thank you to Kraft for embracing the move away from HFCS across its product line.
I started loving kraft barbecue sauce when they made the switch to using sugar instead of high fructose corn syrup a few years ago. Of course the penny pinchers at Kraft decided to return to creating a substandard product by going back to HFCS. The product now tastes cheap. I'll have to find a new BBQ. I hope nobody buys this garbage. I wish we could ban HFCS once and for all in this country.
I have used Kraft BBQ Sauce for 45 years for all my BBQ cooking. My family always raves about my pulled pork. Now the "Original" recipe has been changed and it is too spicy! Now I guess I will have to find a new sauce. Why do you have to change a good thing?
Karft has been the only BBQ sause my family has used for my adult life. The Better tasting isn't! Now everyone of my family buys a different brand other than Kraft. I'm guessing that wasn't the result that they where looking for. I can't imagine it increased there market share.
I have been buying Kraft BBQ sauce due to the fact it had no high fructose corn syrup. I was very disappointed to see that it is now the first ingredient. The website does not even reflect this change which is very poor. I will no longer be buying this product. The taste is not great compared to the other and I am disappointed that the website is still marketing it is HFCS free. Very poor job Kraft. Very poor.
