This a seasoning, not a standalone meal. It's used a lot in beans. I love this product. Fat=flavor
Normally I get a good bit of meat. This pack was 70% fat and it was all hidden behind the giant label that covers one side of it. Wish the label wasn't so bi that way we could see what we are actually getting before purchasing/opening.
