I love my magnetic easel block. The magnet is so secure there are no worries with your knives slipping. It's such clean easy way to store knives and makes it easy to identify and grab the knife you are looking to use. This set comes with every knife you could want plus a honing steel and shears. Pro knives are my absolute favorite to use. They have the most comfortable curved bolster because it is curved for a comfortable pinch grip. They are perfectly balanced and weighted. They are made from specially formulated steel that is corrosion and chip resistant. Once you use these knives you'll never want to use any other knife.
This is a great set of knives. I use this pro line daily. I've had it for years and it does not disappoint. the blades stay sharp- with a little help from a honing steel. The bamboo magnetic easel is great if you have a little extra counter space. The innovation is in the bolster. The curved half bolster with the rise in the perfect spot for you thumb and index finger. Sharp, and well balanced. this is going to be your forever set.
This set is great. The Zwilling Pro knives are very sharp. The curved bolster makes it comfortable to hold the knife properly and increases my accuracy. The German made forged steel blades stay sharp for a very long time and are easy to maintain. This set takes care of all my cutting needs from shaping and prep all the way up to slicing. The magnets in the easel hold them securely and display them nicely on my counter.

Easel sets are a way to display so you can see them all and access them quickly. The magnet holds them securely, yet easy enough to pull right off. Shows the Pro collection off in the best of ways, as Pro is top-of-the-line for Zwilling. The curved bolster is one of the best features, as it gives your finger more support and comfort. Great set, worth every penny.
This is a good set for getting started. It has the 'important' knives - chef's, paring, prep and bread. You can do just about anything with that group. The easel is a a great way to organize knives. More versatile than a magnetic bar - no mounting, move it any where you want - and the bamboo makes a nice statement. The set is from the Pro line, one of Zwilling's best. Pro line knives feature the most innovative design thinking and are manufactured with the latest technology in the industry. They each have a fully integrated angled bolster that is easy to pinch grip, keeping the thumb and forefinger in the correct position for maximum control. The full tang of the blade is riveted in three places to the contoured composite handle for comfort and security. I wish the easel was a bit bigger so there is more room to grow. Other than that, this is a great set! Take care of them; they will last a life time.
