it worked when I hooked it up in my driveway, but when I got out to camp it would not allow charge anymore, also, a friend had the same one, it died too, but from moisture in the air.
when I had one of these it handled up to 960 watts so I don't understand why it says it only can handle 450 Watts when it's a 30 amp charger and I had the exact same charger to work up to 960 Watts tell me that the description of this thing is a lie and it will do still do 960 Watts cuz that's what I had hooked up to my 30 amp charger which was exact same charger my charger went bad after 30 years and it's not the part of the wires going in it's not the part of the amperage it was a part of it hitting the battery when I went to move it around and got bumped I bumped it or something and it fell down into the batteries and shorted it out I need new ones because it tells me what the amperage are tells me the amps that are going into the batteries that are coming from the solar panels tells me to volts and it is a very good charger let me know if I should buy another one only if it's over 450 Watts though at 30 amps.
