After we found the correct tools to put the battery in it was wonderful. Make sure you have a very small screwdriver. Other than that it is wonderful.
It is a soft and precious bear.... great product!!!
This little bear is so cute and soft. When he says the bedtime prayer he is very clear.
So sweet, a little hard to squeeze both paws at the same time
Very cute but not practical for little ones , you have to hold both paws for it to work and if you let go it quits! Thought it was like other talking animals that would keep going till the prayer was done. I bought 2 wished I hadn't
Purchased two of these. Cannot get them to work. Called in and the representative all but called me a liar and finally offered a refund if I pay to ship them back. Shipping will end up to be as much as the bear. Disappointed in the toy but much more disappointed in the customer service.
The connections are of poor style which make it nearly impossible or impossible for a child to operate .
