It seems that buying any 3M product guarantees quality. The tape is very adhesive yet easy to work with. I have used it on my bike rack which sticks out quite a bit from the back of my vehicle. In the daylight, the red tape is slightly brighter than your red plastic tail lights (not lit) At night, when hit by headlights, the tape is very bright and is similar to your brake lights when you hit the brakes. It does seem costly but you really don't need much to do the job.
nor applied yet but 3m always makes a good product also received on time.
Dimmer than other reflective tapes on the safety vest.
