[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] First cordless vacuum I have even owned. I just love it. -instructions to set up was really easy with pictures. -Love that all pieces are all attached to vaccum and in 1 place. Includes expendable wand, brush tool, power nozzle and crevice tool. 2 batteries are included . 1 is in vacuum and other 1 is charging. -Best thing is that it is cordless and no trigger to hold down for vacuuming or mopping. Being cordless makes it easy to get those hard to reach places. Also being light helps to move it around into these hard to reach corners. -Very convient with 2 batteries with both charging at same time. Can also remove battery. -Wi-fi is included and I downloaded the app and my phone will tell me when batteries are charged and how much time is remaining. Love this feature. -there are 3 settings for use. I used the regular to clean the carpet and so much stuff was picked up. No way I had that much dirt. Using regular setting the battery lasted about 55 minutes. I switched to Turbo in the bedrooms and it really picked up dirt. The battery life was about 25 minutes. The vacuum really has great suction. I was really impressed for as small it is. -The adjustable wand was great for cobwebs in the corner of the ceiling. Also great for sticking down inside the couch to pick things up. -It's very quiet, not loud at all. -I used the mopping on hardwood flooring and it was so easy and light to use. It really cleaned my floor. Again to trigger to press while mopping, so made job so much easier. -My plan was to use for quick, easy clean up. Nope I will be using all the time. It light enough for me to use for the whole house. I like that there was a 2nd filter included, and they are wasable. I have a motorhome parked else where and this vacuum so easy to pick up and travel with me. CONS -only thing I didn't like was that the canister filled up really fast, so I had to dump several times. The dirt was packed in, so it might be the vaccum was picking up all the dirt in my carpet. Overall this vacuum is a very powerful and does pick up the dirt and the plus is the attachments for the mop is attached and so easy to attach. Its like 2 tools in 1. I love it, and throwing my old mop away since I have everything in this 1 mean machine. I was so impressed I let my 84 year old dad borrow it, and now he wants one. He has really bad knees and it was so easy to handle and really light weight for him to handle.
WERE HAS THIS BEEN MY WHOLE LIFE?? I AM LOVING THE EASY PICK UP AND QUICK VACCUM HIGH TRAFFIC AREAS, OR GRAB AND DO MY WHOLE HOUSE ON ONE CHARGE, I HAVE A 2,000+SQFT HOUSE AND IT NEVER EVEN SLOWS DOWN. THE MOP IS THE SAME! AND WORKS ABSOLUTLY AMAZING. AND I LOVE THAT IT WORKS WITH WATER CLEANING AND NO HARSH CLEANING CHEMICALS ON MY HARDWOOD. I AM IN LOVE WITH THIS VACCUM/MOP COMBO!!
I bought this Product 2 Months ago and I‘m very happy with it. We‘ll be living in a 42ft RV for the next few months while building a house. The lG is working great on my floors dry and wet and also sucks up all the cathair, easy to clean and to store.

It's versatile it is a mop and a vacuum depending on your attachment. I could go on about this all day but here's a few things I'll mention. It is so very lightweight and charges on a stand so no cords .I love how also how light it is making it easy to do furniture,floors,stairs and so on . I have lupus and RA so I just pull off charging station and not have to lug a vacuum around or hurt myself doing the steps. We also love the fact that it has a powerful suction but the motor is not loud.,hubby loves that . Also I love the mop attachment. There's so much more wonderful to this vacuum but in closing I'll say buy this it will be one of the best purchases you ever make.

It was so simple to set up and even easier to use. The materials and colors uses on the vac, make it look very sophisticated. In fact, we don't even have to hide this vacuum away because it looks like a high end piece of technology. The stand is so well designed, it holds all the accesories and charges the extra battery. The vacuum itself is light weight and very easy to use. No need to sift through menus, one button is all you need.

Performance is good. Mop feature is good. I just wish I had a furniture accessory. I called to purchase one and was told they don't have them anymore. I like the ease of a stick vacuum. It's a little bit lighter than the Dyson. I also just purchased an LG washer and dryer.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] There are a lot of things to like about this vacuum but to me it lags a little on suction when compared to some of its competitors nor does it have suction adjustment on power head. Neither does it “sense” carpets and adjust its suction automatically. To me what really sets this product apart, in a sea of cordless vacuums, is the mop attachment/feature, which I initially considered a gimmick - but found it works very well. Overall, I do recommend as vacuum is good and you will be pleasantly surprised with the mop's functionality. Positives; The packaging must be the best I have encountered. Its 3 tiers with first 2 having built in handles to help remove them. Instructions are clear and precise. Charging/component stand could not have been easier to put together with an option to mount on a wall. Very comprehensive instructions included Comes with 2 Batteries and both can be charged at the same time - one clicking into stand and one in handle. When clicking in handle to charge there is an audible alert. Also includes 3 basic accessories – Combination tool, crevice tool and cleaning brush. 3 Power modes - Normal - Power - Turbo. I found Normal a tad weak so ran using Power mode and got just over 30 minutes use on single charge. Nice thing was I just popped in second battery to finish. Power is set up/down by pressing large easily accessed buttons on top of handle. Experienced no loss of power right up to when battery was exhausted/empty of charge. No button to hold to run – just press once to turn it on and go (are you listening Dyson?) Extension pipe (connecting rod between handle and heads) is slide adjustable from 18 to 27 inches. Easy to see dust bin that has a button to press that “kompresses” (hence the name compressor) the dirt allowing for more time between emptying. Just press button to open and empty. All 3 filters within the handle are easy to access and clean. Included is an extra Pre-filter. There is an interesting “twist” in that the crevice tool is also used to remove the mesh filter in the dust bin. Universal cleaning head is easy to clean as well, and size is nice for maneuvering around objects. Separate mop head with clear easy to see and remove/fill water reservoir. Mop pads just press into head using Velcro and extend out a little to allow for corner cleaning. VERY Quiet. You could mop floors in the middle of the night and not disturb anyone. Not that I would – but you could. I ran for over 55 minutes and still had water and power level was still at 3 bars. Comes with 2 sets of machine washable heads that can be stored on stand. Also, when using mop mode suction is turned off. I did load and activate LG ThinQ app but honestly do not see much benefit at this point. It was nice to get a pop up that battery is completely charged. Maybe as it tracks usage and maintenance, I will see more value. 1-year general warranty and 10-year motor warranty. Negatives No indicator as to what power level you are on (no lights, etc) – had to go by sound. Had to push extremely hard when using on thicker carpets. Found lowering handle angle helped. Also handle seemed quite heavy making vacuum feel unbalanced (light on cleaning head). I was tired of using after 10 minutes due to the heavy handle. Luckily since you do not have to hold button to run, I could move hand around, changing my holding position. While “kompressor” function extends times between emptying I found dust/dirt would accumulate above it requiring removal of mesh filter to clear. No lights on cleaning head but there are on the mop head? Also due to cleaning head design it was a tad too tall to fit under a couple of shelving units. Which was not a problem with other vacuums. While I really liked the mop feature you cannot select/change speed of cleaning heads and there is a “dry” strip in the middle of the pads. Water flow is controlled (low/off/high) by a button on the mop head, not on the handle, requiring you bend over to adjust. The rotating heads can, at times, make it difficult to keep in a straight line – need to have a tight grip on handle. Also it does not vacuum up the water but given the small amount that is distributed it dries very quickly. Overall, this is a nice vacuum (3.5 stars) with a unique mopping feature that increases its “must have” factor (to 4 stars).
Got this for the mop attachment, only to find out that attachment sucks. Not only did it not work right out of the box but the water reservoir broke a month after having it. I do like the vacuum part of it but I bought it for the map function.... :(
I got this as a Birthday present this year, and I loved it it worked really really good for about two months and then for some reason the suction and everything stopped working but LG has an amazing service team and they're paying for it to be shipped back to them to be fixed so I'm hoping with that being resolved everything goes back out was it's an awesome product on I probably would've stuck to just a vacuum and not the vacuum/mop Because I really do like my cedar spin mop but the vacuum itself has a really good suction and really great vacuum to choose if you just want it for your house and not a big vacuum that you have to plug-in/have a cord.
