Attractive pan, and I like the taller sloped sides to this pan. Overall it seems pretty lightweight compared to some other pans I have, so it is very easy to handle. Color is especially nice! Pan heats evenly and quickly on my electric stovetop. This pan does NOT come with a lid, although I have other lids that must be a standard size and seem to fit this one just fine, so for me no issue there! Some things to note about this pan, it is recommended to hand wash (As are most pans I think). Washing in the dishwasher over time could damage the coating or cause separation of the layers on the pan. Also they recommend only plastic or wood utensils, same thing scratching issue of the nonstick coating. They do advise that glass cooktops, like mine, are not ideal for this pan, and they warn never to overheat the pan or boil it dry. This warning comes with a lot of my pans, but I've never had an issue. They also recommend not submerging it in cold water because it will void the warranty. That one is a new one I have not heard before. I hand washed this pan, but I see myself getting lazy with it and just sticking it in the dishwasher as I do all my other pans that say not to.
I got this Pioneer Woman 10 inch frying pan from Walmart Spark Reviewer in exchange for my honest opinion about it, and I recommend it. It's a really nice pan. It's a teal color and it has a really cute design on the bottom of the pan. Something I've never seen before and I will post a picture to show you. It fits 2 pieces of bread in it and its very sturdy. The handle is teal blue too and it has a butterfly imprinted on the handle. Thank you. It cost $9.97. I so recommend this pan. It will last you a lot longer than the cheap store brand.
I used my fry pan tonight to cook up burgers. Four burgers fit nicely in the pan. They heated evenly. Clean up was a breeze. A little soapy water and what little that was stuck in the pan washed off with ease. The pan is light weight which is just right for my weak wrists. The teal color is an added treat to a gray frying pan world.
The Pioneer Woman 10 Frying Pan is awesome and pretty. I love this pan. It is non-stick and so far nothing has stuck to it. I have cooked grilled cheese and potatoes and a bunch of other things in it and have no issues with sticking. I use only plastic or silicone utensils in it so it does not scratch the inside. I love the flower design on the bottom. The turquoise color it's also very pretty. The handle has not came loose at all. I like that the bottom is completely flat so it sits nicely on my glass top stove. It recommends to use low-to-medium Heat. I have not put it in the oven and I do not have a dishwasher so I cannot comment on how it holds up to that. I really love the Pioneer Woman line of products. I would definitely recommend The Pioneer Woman 10 Frying Pan to all of my family and friends without a doubt.
I absolutely LOVE the teal coloring of the pan itself. On top of the gorgeous color they have beautiful engraved flowers on the bottom of it. Although that's not seen it's a nice touch! I plan to get a full set of this pans! Everything that I've cooked in it came out 100% perfect! Definitely recommend
I received this product for review purposes and absolutely love the design and color of the pan. It is very good quality and any food comes out easily. Definitely recommend this product to anyone looking for this type of product for either themselves or as a gift.
This is a nice little pan. I like the light turquoise color that it is. And I think that the turquoise flower design on the bottom (see photo) is really cute. And the flower things make is so that it is more stable on the burner. I was able to turn things without holding the pan. Of course that is never a good idea to do that. I was just testing to see if it would move. It held pretty good. I like the high straight sides that this pan has. It makes it so that it is easier to turn things over. They just fall back onto the spatula instead of flopping out the side of the pan like pans that have slanted do. This also makes it so that less oil will get out if all the food items that you are turning stay within the pan. Less clean up. The instructions say that the pan is for low to medium heat. But it says that it can go into a 350 degree oven. That does not sound right to me. Seems like 350 degrees would be higher than medium. But that it OK. Do not want to turn things up to high anyways. I did not give this pan 5 stars because there is one thing I do not like about it. I have enclosed a picture to show what I mean. But I found that the edge that is on the bottom of the pan is very sharp. It is where the bottom goes up to the sides. When I ran my finger over it it felt like it could cut me. I think that if a person put a small amount of presser when running a finger over it they would get cut. I was very careful when I washed it to not do that.
I just recieved my Pioneer Woman 10" frying pan in the Floral Burst Pattern a few days ago. I love the vibrant color and it is a perfect pan for fast meals like eggs and bacon. My husband is a big breakfast eater so I should get a lot of use out of it. The pan is porcelain enamel non stick for easy clean up but be sure to use wooden or silicone utensils for clean up to keep the surface from scratching. The instructions say dishwasher safe but I would recommend hand washing only and let it cool before putting it in water to keep it from warping. It is also recommended to use Only Low to Medium heat when cooking with it. This is a nice little frying pan. I have another Pioneer Woman Pan that I have been using for a long time. My only complaint is the paint does chip off easily after a bit of use. But for the price point and it being a nice pan , I think you will like it as much as I do. I would recommend.
I love the Pioneer Woman and a lot of her products. I was really excited for this Pioneer Woman 10 inch Frying Pan. It really is a beautiful pan with a floral design on the bottom in the turquoise color against the silver aluminum the turquoise color on the outside and on the handle. I even noticed there is a cute engraved butterfly emblem on the base of the handle. It is almost too pretty to use. That being said, this is a 10 inch pan you really want to take care of and use carefully to make it last long. You can only use on low to medium heat or it will fry and burn the bottom of the pan. You can wash but I'd prefer to wash by hand and you shouldn't use a harsh scrubber on this or it will scratch it up. You can use on a lot of different types of cooking surfaces like an electric, gas or halogen range and is oven safe up to 350. But this is a pan you still want to use less harshly than others. By that I mean not as full powered cooking and frying and be careful of using metal spatulas which can also scrape away the nonstick coating inside the pan. I love to cook and I love to have fun with my cooking and it is fun to use this. I just cook and then let it soak in the sink and it is so easy to wash by hand. This would be a great gift for someone who loves to cook and loves the Pioneer Woman. I did get to try this for free through the Spark review program but the opinions here are my own experience.
The Pioneer Woman 10 inch Frying Pan in turquoise is beautiful, but functional. It is an aluminum, nonstick frying pan that is dishwasher safe and oven safe. It also comes with a five year limited warranty against defects. The nonstick coating is perfect for omelets as well as sauteeing peppers, mushrooms, and onions. Because it is recommended for low to medium heat, I will not attempt to fry chicken in it. The handle has a butterfly on it and the bottom of the pan is beautifully decorated which makes it great for display on a hanging pot rack. I am pleased with the overall design, aesthetics, and function of the Pioneer Woman 10 inch Frying Pan.
