This was a very heavy box when delivered. Sturdy!!! looks very clean and sleek. I purchased 2! (2 heavy boxes!) A little cumbersome to set up. Use a drill for the screws. Also the "rails" that the drawers glide on- be careful not to install them upside down or drawers will stick when opening. GREAT PRICE FOR GREAT PRODUCT!!!! VERY SATISFIED!
Took me 4 hours to put together by myself. Over all good product for the price. It looks very nice in person. This is my 2nd one. The 1st one was the three dresser drawer One. Hope this helped. Memphis TN guy.
i actually think that for what i spent this is a great dresser, It did take a while for me to set up but i used a regular screwdriver but it is good i will be getting another
I didn't have ridiculously high expectations for this dresser. I mean, it's really cheap. I'm only using it in the closet (for underwear, bras and socks) so it works well. Putting it together was a pain, but I didn't have any problems with missing hardware, misaligned pieces or damage in transit. So, all in all, this baby is worth every penny. I think it's perfect for college students or someone who needs a cheap, easy-ish-to-put-together dresser to store some clothes. It's not going to last twenty years or multiple moves, but for the price and materials, I don't expect it to.
Overall the dresser, once finished looks very nice in my room. The material is cheap and a bit flimsy. If your looking for a great quality wood piece, this would not be it. However, for a college student like myself, this piece works. The directions were easy to follow, but took some time put together.
I bought 2 of these dressers. First one had 2 side panels broken. My husband and I had to nail the pieces together. Dresser is poorly made. Drawers are cut unevenly and the finished edges are all chipped. it wasn't too bad assembling it and once done it doesn't look so bad but you can still see the edges on the drawers are all chipped. We assembled the 2nd one thinking maybe that one would be in better condition. The side panels weren't as bad as the 1st one but 2 were still broken and the edges of the drawers were all chipped except for one. Not what I expected but it does the job and for the price $59 each was not bad. However I do recommend Mainstays 4-Drawer Dresser, Espresso, it's the same brand is why I decided to purchase this one, it's much sturdier, taller, and it has drawers with METAL RUNNERS & safety stops but is also more expensive unless on sale. Otherwise this one has plastic handles and plastic runners therefore the drawers do not slide out as smooth. I blame the damage on the shipping but the unevenness of this dresser is definitely on all dressers of this specific kind. Never again would I purchase this product.
Bought this dresser to use temporarily until I could buy a good solid one. It will not be good for long term because of the cheap products to construct it. I guess you only get what you pay for. The drawers do not slide open and closed well. You have to use pressure and make sure it's straight or they will not go in.
We bought two of these dressers, one for each of my sons. Took forever to put them together. We were a bit shocked all the pieces(drawer handles, corner connector things)were plastic. The bottom of the drawer is VERY flimsy and can't hold many clothing items before it starts to fall out. We have had to fix the drawers several times because they just fall apart when you open the drawer. Do not waste your money on this!! I am so fed up with cheaply made items!!! I will save my money and go elsewhere for a better product that will last longer.
I bought this by looking at the picture. However I am disappointed with this product. 1. After assembling the different parts there is gap in drawers with left and right side of chest. See attached pictures, this does not look good. 2. We have seen lot of scratches on left side of this chest. 3. We did not receive drawer stops as shown in 14C mentioned in diagram in book we received I want walmart to pay back my money as I am not satisfied with quality of this.
This product is by far the worse purchase I've made from walmart. The "wood" and other material are of very poor quality and even after you put it together it looks very cheap. The drawers do not slide out easily too. Unfortunately I didnt want my husband to take it apart after spending so long to put together...otherwise I would have returned it but now am stuck with it.
