this a is a good product and i am glad it was as good as advertised
Did not know that the Shovel came with the charger so I returned it. I used the charger with the shovel and it charges very well.
The original charger got wet while charging and would no longer show it was working, so seeing a replacement at a clearance price made sense to get.
It does what it's suppose to do period.
I bought mine straight from Sno Joe in New jersey, but gets really hot in about a hour and smelled like burning plastic but it wasn't. Maybe it was a new use smell, if it keeps smelling i will buy a new one at Walmart.
