great system

was very disappointed when I got my system I ordered offline it did not include the game it was supposed to and everything was in japanese. I got this one curbside pickup so it came right from the store and it's been awesome and it actually only cost me about $12 more than the one that I got jipped on so it's been a very cool system to have

they work as expected, glad to finally retire my 3 year old joycons… very pleased with the color :) hopefully they last as long as my old set, no drift to be seen since they're new. would recommend!

Perfect

It's so cute, I love it. My two favorite colors in my favorite shades! 💜💚 Sealed nicely and apparently I got a really good bargain on it considering it was marked down from $500 to $79. Got the protection plan too just in case the joysticks fail (which is common in Switch controllers) for only a few dollars for 2 years! Good deal if you ask me.

No way to charge them for a Switch Lite

My daughter wanted these to use for her Switch Lite. I wasnt happy spending $85 for such a tiny little box, but it was the main thing she wanted. She was really excited to get them! Then she tells me they need a charger! What?! All that money and I have to buy a charger? Crazy! I found one for $10 but the OEM is $40.

Christmas gift ruined.

This wasn't shipping, this was a delivery from the store where I reside. Very disappointed with the condition of the packaging since this is a soon to be Christmas gift. And now I will need to find another way to package this gift for my child. As expensive as these controllers are it's not wrong for me to assume that one should receive the item in mint condition. I would had gladly received a phone call or message from the Store stating the condition and inquiring about exchanging it for a different Joy-Con color set and I absolutely would've exchanged. But unfortunately that was not the case nor opportunity, hopefully before it's too late I'll be able to find a suitable replacement container. I would be more understanding of the condition if this was shipped online to my address but this was a in town home delivery order.

Not impressed

Thought these were beautiful joycons, but when I opened them, they were scuffed up and the wrist attachments were missing. Walmart will not refund/replace, so I am now stuck with these damaged joycons that appear to have been pre-used and resold.
