[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We purchased this staple gun to help build bee frames, it has far exceeded our expectations and made the process of building bulk quantities of timber bee frames so simple. Highly recommend this product.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Such a great reliable gun, shoots into hardwood stakes no worries at all, the firing mechanism is very powerful but the trigger isn't hard on your hand which is good when you have alot to do for the day

We bought a powershot to re- upholster 4 chairs. It started bending the prongs and not entering the material by only the second chair. Returned it for a T50RED and it immediately miss fired many more times than not. Will have to return again. We tried to reload staples. I can not tell you how disappointing it is to not be able to finish a small project like this!

paid more for what should have been a nicer quality gun.. worked ok for first few months, then slowly got worse with jamming staples.. Then today it finally got so bad it would do one good staple then jam up and cut the staples in half.. noticed lower chrome part that is spot welded to the staple tension bar was broken at all the spot welds. I got so angry i threw it on the ground and it broke into 5 pieces. the steel chrome plated ones that cost less would never have busted that easily .. with they would stand behind this obvious lemon of a model.. majority of reviews are the same.

I am going to try to keep this short. I use staple guns a lot for work-- for stretching canvas over wood frames. Normally I use a pneumatic or electric, but sometimes I am away from power and need a standard gun. I used a Power shot for a long time and it worked great, thousands of staples were fired and it barely ever jammed. When it finally did break I purchased another because I was so happy with it. That one didn't work. I purchased another. It didn't work. Three or four Power shots purchased in late 2012- early 2013, none worked. The internal parts were bad on all of them-- they didn't even have a chance to jam. They would fire a few staples and the handle would just go limp. Haven't checked out the reviews on those but I am guessing they are just as bad as these. My expectations were so low when I bought the RED this past summer that I didn't even care how awful it worked. At least every time you pushed the handle it clicked and attempted to fire a staple-- I am assuming there is something inside deeming it "dependable" that the Power shot is lacking. But it really is a pretty bad staple gun. Around half of every pack of staples is wasted trying to unjam it. Staples get stuck in the front metal strip and come out in tiny shards after I rip them out with jeweler's pliers-- which doesn't seem very safe. I haven't had to crack it open yet because the internal parts have stopped working, that is literally the only nice thing I have to say about the RED. When I forgot my "trusty" RED one weekend, I went to the hardware store and purchased a replacement. This one also jams every three or four staples, cuts the staples that get stuck into little shards, and as a fun bonus, you can't touch whatever you're stapling or it won't work, you have to hover the gun around 1/8" over the top. Neither provide enough force to drive 1/4" staples all the way through one layer of canvas and a soft pine frame. I have to double back and hammer each one in. So now I own two RED guns that are both really poor performers. I don't know what happened, Arrow. You must be taking short cuts on parts in the last couple years. I can't speak for the regular T50 because I fire so many staples that it hurts my hands, I try not to use it unless I everything is broken. You have a monopoly on the market, particularly in stores. I have literally shed tears over your staple guns. I just want to buy just one that works as good a Power shot I purchased in 2010. Where do you sell one of those?!
