Bought this for an airplane theme birthday party. It came before target date and Walmart notified me about pick up.
I used this pan for my sons birthday. I did a couple trial runs before the big day and the first go at it I wasn't very careful with the wings and they cracked. It took a whole box of cake mix. I do recommend buying the baking spray for the cake pan so that it comes out without sticking! Good luck!
I was so pleased with the airplane pan. I have had so many moms with little boys ask for an airplane cake. The pan was easy to use and to detail. I added a fondant passenger and pilot to the cake using the boy cupcake toppers for the heads and it was a hit! To make it stretch for the additional guests, I actually made two and put one on top of the other.
Although the cake came out without a problem, I found the pan to be quite flimsy.
Extremely disappointed in the poor quality. The pan bent as I removed the cake from the oven!
