I take a probiotic every day. I don't notice a difference from taking them or any difference between brands. It's as good as any other I suppose.
I think it's good. But lately I'm confused as to whether they need to go in the fridge or in my cabinet. I been feeling itchy on my skin. Not sure what's going on.
The product was already known to be good and this was a good price. The method of shipping, split between UPS and USPS took longer than it should have. The item was in my vicinity for a couple of days before the transfer took place and it was finally delivered.
