After ordering a different brand from a different retailer which I ended up returning I ordered this unit from Walmart. It was shipped to my house in a very timely manner. I am very happy with it
This is so much better than a fan on my back porch! It really does keep me and a few friends cool when sitting outside! Money well spent!
Works great, I use it in my garage every night to keep foster dogs cool, usually I fill the top with ice so it's much cooler
This unit operates efficiently and is quiet (compared to older fans). Easy to fill, easy to move (rolls smoothly). Wonderful replacement for an old swamp cooler.

Bought this for our outdoor patio. Definitely cooler than most fans. Wish that the ice container was larger and could hold more ice. Melts really fast down here in Southern Alabama. I started freezing cylinders instead of using bagged ice. The cylinders last longer.
Wrks great! Easy to use....... just wish warranty was longer instead of 2 yrs... u can buy into a longer warranty but u pay for this u should get at least 2 yr warranty. Other than that it a hood product

It works okay, but for the money, I guess that I was expecting more. I'll keep it, and use it on my deck, but for the price, quite frankly, I was expecting a lot more cool air. For $300 I could have purchased a couple of window air-conditioners that would have been a lot more effective. One thing that I have discovered is to not fill the water reservoir full, but only with one or two gallons of cold tap water at a time. It makes a real difference. The ice container in the top is worthless. The ice lasts only a few minutes.
It doesn't really get that cold. We've used one in the past and it was great - this is ok if you put ice in. Very big and loud. Mixed feelings about keeping it.
