I returned a touch-screen Nikon and got the Sony Cybershot instead. The former was a "moody" camera; worked sometimes well, other times a pain to get to perform properly. The Sony Cyber shot W310 by Sony is so portable I carry it in my purse. It is so functional, I use it daily and have not had one problem! The ease of use and the quality of the pictures makes it a winner!!

We bought this little camera to replace a camera we paid $400 for 8 years ago. This camera puts our old camera to shame and then some. It is very simple to use and the card we bought for it will hold 800 pictures and you can also make a video. The camera comes in several colors and we chose silver.We really LOVE this little camera and the only draw back is the USB cord that came with it is only 2' long so we have to put the camera on the floor to download pictures. The SWEET young sales girl at Wal-Mart was VERY helpful and we are glad she recommended this camera to us old folks.
Recently lost my S730 cyber shot. Loved it but you also had to manually select the type of shot. With this one its automatic. Glad this model has the wrist strap. Im still getting familiar w/the W310.Hopefully the color WILL stand out and I wont leave it, at the taco stand. This is a great deal; it comes w/everything u need except for the memory card, which I spend 20$ on. Other than that, get a case or a cheap makeup bag for storing & your good to go.
A great camera if you just want to point and click. Im also a huge photo cropper and this camera has enough pixels to maintain a great picture. I was also happy that you could use the SD memory cards as well as the Sony produo sticks. Camera seems to take great pictures, in all different scenarios so far and battery lasts quite a while. I do miss, having a Cyber Shot previously, that this camera doesnt seem to have the special effects that other models do.
Had a Kodak easy share camera 10 mp and lost it. So i wanted something new and different. bought the camera a week before Christmas. Just used it New years day and it takes GREAT night pics. love it its very clear. 1st use wasnt taking pics at first becasue you have to HOLD your finger on the button a little normal then most cameras. Overall good shots
This camera is definetly worth the money. Its color is beautiful. The only negative is in the details it did not talk about different color settings and when i got it i found that out. It doesnt have the cool effects. Also it needs a memory card and it only hold six pictures without it. The best part about the camera is that when you turn it on it makes cool noises and takes great video with awesome sound. It takes amazing pictures and its really thin. It fits in my cellphone case for reference. Great product overall i would definetly reccomend it. By the way i got this for my 15 year old daughters christmas gift.
I believe I ordered this camera for all the wrong reason...the color. I love Canon's and should have stuck with the better quality, but i ventured out because of the color i wanted and the price...So it is true..you get what you pay for. The zoom is no too hot on this camera and any slight move will result in a blurry photo.
Was really excited to get this camera, the price was right for the brand..., however was disappointed when it doesn's have the color feature where u can either take colored, black & white etc....it's straight up color pics, other than that it takes clean, clear shots....
The camera that we received did not work! However customer service at the local Walmart store did exchange it very promptly and as of yet we have not had any problems with the second camera.
