Very easy to use, especially for those with arthritis in their hands. Especially good value considering price.
Handy little tool, easy to use for the novice, does a good job on most knives.
I have had dull knives for the past 10 years and I really hated cutting meat and vegetables with them. When I had purchased the Chef's Choice knife sharpener for a Christmas present for my husband, he was estactic. He was going to buy one himself but he had waited and was glad that he did. Now we both use the knife sharpener daily when we are cooking.
