[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received these today and installed with 10 minutes. The placing tool was so simple to use. The sticky backs are VERY sticky!! I'm super impressed. The magnetic locking mechanism is easy to figure out. I thought it would be a pain, but it's not. Even my older kids can get the doors open easy peasy! 10/10 recommend.

No tools are required for installation. They stick onto the cupboard or drawers, whichever you need. You just need to make sure you one it up properly otherwise the toddler will still be able to open the cupboard. So take your time doing it. But once it's installed you can relax knowing the kids can not get into the cupboard! And you don't even see the clips once you install. Just make sure you don't lose the magnet- put it up high.

They unlock with a magnet that has its own magnet station. Now my grandkids can't get into things they aren't supposed to. This is great. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Jool baby magnetic locks work great on my lower cabinets to keep my youngest nephew out. Especially for the cabinet under sink where I keep cleaners. Easy to install and use for adults. The white color actually matches my cabinets so that's nice.
I didn't use the installation tool they give you. Some of my drawers are made a little different, so I had to adjust how far up/down to put the lock so it would latch. The adhesive theu put on these is pretty strong, but not strong enough for my toddler. She pulls as hard as she can until she gets these open. I've put super glue on these to try to keep them on. Two of my drawers still have the locks on them. The other two are a lost cause. I gave this three stars because they do work and I like the ease of using the key/magnet to open them. However if your child is as persistent as mine, these probably won't work. Save yourself the money and get ones that attach with screws.
Very confusing instructions to install this. Also it seems our cabinet doors are not level and we had to make modifications. They are now working but it was frustrating to install.
