The ingrediencies' of these are basically the same as the major brand. For all I know, they "may" be made by the same company. They work just the same but at a much better price. The major brand doesn't seem to make these in the 500mg size anymore. And sometimes the 500mg is all I need. So, yes, I do recommend these and will buy them again when I need more.
