I really liked this digestive gummy. The flavor was good. Gummies were soft and easy to chew. It was important to me that my gummy offers pre and probiotics to keep gut health in check with all the other environmental factors and foods that we absorb causing harm.

They can taste a bit stronger than the capsules but this isn't surprising. Also good that these are formulated for adults (other gummies tend to be only dosed for kids).

They dissolve quickly and are easy to take. I can actually say they are a very good alternative when you don't like swallowing pills. They work well too! I would say, I would consider it instead of capsules.

So, I tried them and found the flavor and consistency to be just fine. However, I did not realize any tangible benefits from taking them as I did the 50 billion strain pills. I prefer those. But I suppose these would be perfect if you don't like taking pills.
