I got two conditioners instead of a shampoo and conditioner
I would give them negative stars. Over a month still no conditioner . They shipped the shampoo but not conditioner . Every time I have reached out I get a can answer of ship separate ect…. Seller is a scammer
Do not buy. Falsely advertises that this is a shampoo and conditioner set but only one liter arrives and no way to get in touch with seller. Scam to get you to pay double cost thinking you will get the set but they only send half the set. Wal mart should ban them as a seller. Stealing
SCAM Alert! I bought a Biolage shampoo a conditioner set from LUXE BEAUTY CORNER and received only the conditioner and a note indicating due to unforeseen delays the shampoo would be shipped separately and thanks for my patience. Needless to say the shampoo never showed up and after reading several 1-star reviews this is clearly a common practice for this seller. The scam is selling shampoo conditioner sets while only shipping one of the units and stringing out customers waiting on the 2nd delivery. A set is only a set of items are shipped together not separately. Otherwise, it is a SCAM!
Half my order is still not here. The seller sent the conditioner with a note saying the rest of my order would arrive soon. It is not here. I have already paid in full and have no way to track the other half of my order. Seems shady. I will say the conditioner is lovely.
They are selling matrix Biolage, but sending a knock off relabeled item. See photo of incorrect item compared to my shampoo bought had a reputable store.
Would give 0 stars if I could. The bottles came dirty and the packaging looks fake. Very disappointing.
Inaccurate product description on Walmart.com. The image of the product on Wamart.com is for Biolage Matrix Colorlast but they sent me Biolage professional Colorlast.
I ordered Biolage ColorLast Shampoo and Conditioner Duo Set 33.8 oz ea ($64 value) on April 14, 2024, After about 10 days the Conditioner arrived with a note that the shampoo will come in a separate shipment. I never received it so I wrote in about it and received notice it would be shipped again. On 5/3/24 I finally received a shipment but when I opened it only to find a different brand shampoo (Kendra) with a pump top which leaked during shipment. Biolage Shampoo was not listed as out of stock. I would warn anyone against ordering anything from this third party vendor (LUXE BEAUTY). The product I received was not the one I ordered and there was no explanation or apology. They just expected me to accept it and be happy. Well I am not happy.
The cap to the conditioner was shattered. Needs to be replaced.
