AMAZING PRODUCT! 10/10 recommend! Exactly as described! Came with glass screen protector, charger, and SIM card remover tool. Came is fantastic condition!!! Completely unlocked and overall a great product and Im very happy with this purchase!
It actually worked! I have read so many reviews saying it was not unlocked but mine was. The Cricket SIM Card was switched over and it was compatible. It came just in time, it was shipped with the CellFree company, very important key indicator. This is my first iPhone and I am very satisfied, I don't think I'm switching back to Android. It does have like the tiniest little scratches but you can barely tell with screen protector (that already came on the phone). It also came with the charger and a clear case, in which I was surprised with. I've had this phone for like 2 weeks now, still loving it!
the phone is in great condition and comes with tempered glass on it. the screen had a few minor scratches but the glass hides them well and the phone works great.
i love this phone!! works like new, like the description says. no problems out of it at all
Great company it was amazing
This is a great phone and works really well. I was able to put my cricket sim in it and it worked perfect. The only thing I did not like and is why I gave four stars is the deep scratch in the screen. There are also a few scratches at the bottom of the screen. Overall it is a pretty good refurbished phone. Shipping was fast and right on time.
All around was pretty skeptical, but phone turned out to be pretty great. Only has one major scratch on the screen not super noticeable unless you really look at it. I would say great place to buy from and was super easy to set up. Although the shipment was 2 days late and was delayed in New York for DAYS. All around an amazing product though.
Received the phone with good performance. 3 star rating given for over all. Visible scratches on the sides of back cover. Package was not good. No charger included.
Screen was broke when it arrived
The phone was supposed to be in good condition refurbished however when it came in the phone was cracked well smashed and the protector was hanging off of it. The warranty said there was a 90 day warranty but when I called no answer then they finally answered to say, you have to report any issues with the website then the email I sent came back as undeliverable. (How Quaint), then when I called back they said only a 30 day warranty from the time of Purchase but was bought 2 months before Christmas and it was for a child so needless to say the child got their iPhone 10 for Christmas after opening to find it was no good. We had to pay another 200 to fix the screen and clean it as it was so filthy outside and inside. I'll never buy anything refurbished again. it's portrayed that we were buying from Walmart however they wouldn't take it back as they didn't sell it. (NEVER AGAIN) Especially when it's for a child that was hoping to open her phone and be able to use it and couldn't. The look on her face on Christmas Day was horrific. I don't have any pics to show as I can't find them right now, but it was devastating to her on Christmas. that should be enough and no resolution.
