This is one of the better jarred sauces on the market. Actually, Mezzetta products are superior over many others in the grocery store. My husband, who is picky and prefers homemade sauce, really likes this as well.
It is impossible to find pasta sauce at the market that doesn't have added sugar. I love Mezetta sauce because it's delicious and doesn't contain added sugar. This flavor was on the sweet side. I added extra spices as I was cooking and it made it much better.

The Mezzetta brand sauces and olives are always amazing - love them. Very fresh tasting.
Sometimes I don't want to make tomato sauce and have tried just about all those sitting on the grocery shelf. This is my go to favorite. Moderately priced compared to some and 100% delicious. I grew up eating my mother's sauce and this is a close second.
I love the pure and simple ingredients and that it's not made from tomato paste and water. Plus, it doesn't have added sugar/sweetener. I use this to make tomato soup: 1 jar of sauce, 1 can of chicken or beef broth, and 1 cup of cream. Heat until hot, but do not boil. Mmm, Mmm good.
Great Sauce, however, the shipping leaves a lot to be desired - of three shipments, one was returned damaged before it even got to me. Another shipment had 2 broken bottles out of 5 bottles. Suggest they use Bubble wrap on each bottle and then more bubble wrap in the shipping box - Just wrapping with brown Paper is not enough - The product is great - price is right - will order more !
Excellent sauce. Does not taste like a typical jar sauce. Priced competitively when compared to supermarket prices, but a bit higher for Walmart prices.
Delicious!! We get the Marinara or the Tomato Basil. We think it is the best and we have tried many others. So when we can't get to the local Italian bakery that makes homemade pasta sauce, this is the clear choice!
I bought this because some one compared it to Rao's so I thought I would try it since Rao's isn't affordable anymore. Decent body/ thickness to the sauce but it's heavy oregano flavor overpowered basil. I won't be buying it again.
