This is my favorite curry powder. I like it because it has a hit of ginger, has just the right amount of spiciness, and doesn't overdo the turmeric (which can taste bitter in large doses). Curry powder is supposed to have fenugreek, so the other reviewer who doesn't like fenugreek certainly should be making their own blend that suits them. It's not a reason to condemn this product, which has a nice, balanced flavor, and makes preparing a delicious curry fun and easy. My only caveat is that I agree with the other person who said it is hard to find in stores, but that's the fault of the stores, isn't it?

I wasnt a curry fan got this started to curry everything veggies ,rice ,etc..
it's pretty good. i use it on a lot of bland stuff, usually with salted "butter", garlic powder, and cayenne. it's my first time buying curry powder and i don't cook much. one note: according to the usda, curry powder is expected to contain at least turmeric, coriander, fenugreek, cinnamon, cumin, black pepper, ginger, and cardamom. this ingredient list is missing the last five, so i'm not sure if they're included.
