This use to be my absolute favorite that I have used for many years. The last two cans I purchased and used its as if I am using a totally different product. Different scent, no hold or volume, and the spray volume is different too. I am so sad. Please fix this Kenra, this is not your top of the line product anymore.
I love this hairspray, however that is not what was delivered. Instead I received 3 sample size bottles of a different product. very disappointing and a real hassle to get refunded, which is another story.
The new formula is terrible! The spray doesn't spray right and the smell is bad. When I spray my hair now it blasts the hair and blows it in different directions. I have used this product for years but now need to find a comparable replacement. Any suggestions?
I have been using this hairspray for 20+ years. A couple of months ago, I noticed that it didn't smell the same, spray the same, and it most obviously didn't hold the same. I had to check the bottle to make sure I purchased the Volume 25 and not one of the lesser hold volumes. It feels like there is nothing on my hair. I am having to use a ton of it to just get a little hold. I am so bummed because this is the only hair spray that ever worked on my hair and now it doesn't work either. I will have to look for a new hairspray now. So disappointing! I hope you change back to the original formula because you aren't fooling any of us.
I did not receive Kenra volume 25 hair spray I got Kenra thermal styling spray. To make matters worse I got 2 orders. I called customer service and was told I did not need to return the product that she would cancel it and I would be refunded.
What did you do to the Kenra 25 hairspray?! It's HORRIBLE now! I've used Kenra 25 for over 10 years and whatever this new formula is absolute garbage. The old Kenra 25 would give such good lift and volume to my thin, fine hair, but this new formula leaves my hair limp and flat to my bed. It barely holds my side-swept bangs in place for more than 5 minutes. And if I encounter any wind, just forget about having good looking hair! PLEASE CHANGE BACK TO THE OLD FORMULA!!! You've lost me as a customer until changes are made.
Something has changed. The formulation is different. The spray blows out of the van but leaves very little to no spray on my hair. Within minutes of spraying my hair is falling as if there is no spray on my hair. I have used this spray for years and it's no longer like it once was. I'm super disappointed and very frustrated. I purchased a new can thinking the other was bad but the new van is the same as the old. Again, I'm super disappointed. Don't buy this spray because it is a total waist of money!
One can arrived with broken nozzle. Seems like some of the product escaped too. Otherwise I love this hairspray. It rocks. Holds with out that cardboard look. Have been using for decades and there is NO substitute
It was supposed to be Kenra 25. I beg to differ, it was missing the hold ingredient or just not Kenra! It's only a deal, If it's REAL! I got burned, again!
This is not Kenra hairspray! The first spray was noticeable by the smell. Next the hold is not the same and finally the sticker on the bottle over the "made in USA" was covered by "Made in Mexico" - see pictures! How deceiving and this is fraud. Not sure what was sprayed on my hair but will not be using this product or purchasing from Walmart again. Have not had a problem until this last shipment. Will pay the extra $6 and purchase from a valid seller.
