Redken All Soft is one of the best shampoos on the market. My hair is always thicker and healthier when I use it.

Good price, however, the packaging didn't protect the product. The conditioners bottle cap had shattered, the seal popped I guess from pressure of being mailed in a padded envelope, not a box, and conditioner was everywhere in the packaging.
Received wrong items having to send back and waiting for a refund definitely won't reorder.
I ordered this from Walmart.com, but the supplier was a third-party salon. I wasn't sure if I could trust it or not, but I went ahead and bought the shampoo and conditioner set. When I received it, I smelled the product and it had an ammonia smell. Kind of like it had expired! I'm not sure if it was just the smell of the All Soft line because the color was fine, the consistency was a bit runny, but the smell is just terrible! Not a fan. :(
Shampoo and conditioner arrived damaged, tried to return item with the given prepaid label at FedEx. FedEx would not ship the item due to it leaking. I called and have this company several times and they refuse to refund.
Not recommended, this is NOT authentic. Bought liter set with shampoo and conditioner, although one of the bottles was marked "shampoo" it was in fact conditioner Product is not legit
