After being a Fitbit customer for the past 10+ years I'm disappointed I didn't make the change to Garmin sooner! I have not needed customer service so I'm not sure about Garmins but I'd almost guarantee you it's 100% better than Fitbits!! Also was worried about the size on my wrist because I don't like bulky and I have no problems with the size.
I have had my new Lily for about 2 weeks and LOVE it. I wanted a somewhat feminine/non bulky tracking watch and this is very attractive. It is also MUCH easier to use with the little button you can press on the actual face of the watch.
I have owned fitness watches from Fitbit, Amazon, and Bellabeat and this is the best. It's simple and small. It's a realistic ladies watch size. I couldn't stand all the other smart watches size. I like the features but I wound up not wearing it much because they were too big. This is such a great watch, and well made. Garmin seems to have the most accurate data, and also more features. My Fitbit was always off, they also seemed to always die right when the warranty expired. The only thing about this watch I don't like is the battery life. My large smartwatch lasted over a week, this small black and white tracker last 2 maybe 3 days.
I bought this because all of the fitness watches I have tried hurt my small wrists. This one does not seem to bother me. I love the sleep app info!
I've had this almost a month and love it so much more than other brands. It's perfect size and easy to use.
Bday gift from my husband and it's perfect! The size is very feminine and fits perfectly on my small wrist. I love my new watch...its absolutely perfect!
Purchased the Lily for an everyday watch with the features I am used to with my other Garmin Triathlon watch. A pretty useful smaller watch.
Nice feminine watch but not all features work. Changed from a Fitbit to Garmin for different look. Love the round design and the fact charge lasts a few days. The body battery feature doesn't work however nor does it have an alarm feature u can set from ur watch ( u have to use the app), which seems silly. Weather feature doesn't work either and VO2 detector zaps battery. Has a number of features but u need ur phone nearby and disappointed the body battery doesn't work. This is my second one as first BB didn't work either… this one worked twice and then failed and no longer shows. Really just need for a watch and step counter/heart rate detector so keeping despite the flaws.
I needed something to keep track of certain vitals for a heart condition. It's not a replacement for healthcare with a medical team but I do use it to understand what my body is doing or how it's affected after activity or taking meds. I read the numbers to my doc that might be of interest to her. I like seeing message/notification previews for texts and work emails. There's also an alert reminder to get moving that I appreciate. When I was shopping for a new smartwatch/tracker I knew I didn't want something that looked like a tracker. The Lily is stylish and doesn't scream “I'm counting my steps!”. Battery life is about 2 days - you can wear it in the shower. I had a blip after my first shower where the watch shut off completely and it freaked me out. I looked it up and saw that this is a common glitch or complaint. However- it's only happened once and I've had the watch for a month. Garmin's Connect application is easy to use and set up. I'd say 10-15 mins and you're all set!
My Fenix 6s was out for repair, so I bought the lily because it is so cute and had messaging, sleep tracking, workouts, hr monitoring etc. I love the way it feels and looks. It's so light compared to my fenix. The touchscreen is a little unpredictable. Sometimes I would have trouble turning it on. Once it turned off in the middle of my run. I wanted to keep this as my going out/weekend watch but I'm 48 and the messages were just a little too small. I'm hoping they make a lily 2 with bigger texting and a little better touchscreen!
