Product more damaged then explained.
Unfortunately i had to return the phone as it had few scratches in the body ans two small scarcthes in the screen I think it is better to change title to good condition or grade B iphone rather than just open box as the latter gives impression that it is a new phone
Received in a totally wrong box, phone is all banged up with scratches and dents. Definitely a used phone, these are dishonest sellers. DO NOT BUY!

This phone is not open box as described. It came in a generic box with only a lightning cable. This is a scratch and dent phone. Many scratches in the middle of the screen plus more scratches elsewhere. This is a C-grade phone. The description is deceptive. The phone is fully functional though.
90 day return policy : Took to apple store to set up for a gift, I had the device saved for the occasion due to a good price. Apple experts told me that devices system not up to date and that I was scammed. Nothing they can do about it. May I please request a refund. Item is back in packaging and still is with good care.
This phone has been well used and not well taken care of. It is not as described in the ad. The phone was said to be open box in "mint" condition. It is very much not in mint condition and is very scratched up. Judging by how it looks I would say it is a well used phone. Had I wanted a used scratched up phone I would have bought one for less money. Total waste of time ordering from here. Phone is being sent back ASAP
Advertised as "Open Box" but it's used with scuffs and a small dent, and the battery health only 82%.
It says that it is open box NOT DAMAGE OR REFURBISHED
