I needed to replacr my 23 year old RV potty %26 I found this one and it is absolutely wonderful %26 looks like a regular potty %26 has a ceramic bowl which will be so much easier to keep clean, fresh %26 stain free!! very, very happy %26 worth the price!!👍
Completely satisfied packaged very well. Easy replacement of the foul smelling domestic 310. The flange seal was included ever though it wasn't listed in description. A superior product made in USA!!!

This toilet came originally in our 2012 keystone Montana. When it was time to replace I couldn't find anything better for the price. a lot of reviews complain about how the water comes from the back of the bowl but it's been fine for our 6 years a full-time living. it is a ceramic bowl, and the base is not, but it really makes no difference and Thetford made it that way for weight. if you're looking for a good quality toilet at a fair price and something that's more like a residential this is it. We also found a residential toilet seat at Home Depot that fits this also if you don't like the plastic that comes with it.
highly recommend upgrading to this is way bigger bowl and height then the older tt and rv toilet. wish i would've got it a long time ago.. in replaced my hand flush wound this foot flush so nice to not have my face down there Everytime to flush. lol was a little scared had too cut the carpet so it sat flush with the floor but it worked out great .. i had also put in a shut off valve in line so i don't have to turn off the water to whole trailer when i need to work on my toilet..
I like the ceramic bowl. Once installed it is very pretty for a toilet. I like the dual action pedal. I dislike that it is somewhat heavy for a RV toilet. Thetford made things worse by making the base plastic. So it is actually TOP heavy. Furthermore, the bottom plastic half and the upper ceramic bowl kind of “slide lock” into place, but the locking tabs are very flimsy. Terrible design for a RV toilet since it will be bouncing around when in motion and the two halves will quickly separate, making an absolute mess of everything. Before install, I separated the two halves and put a significant amount of silicone between the contact points, then reattached. I feel like this is a necessary step that should have been done at the factory (Thetford, are you listening??) Also, the hand spray function does not work for me. Haven't even figured that out yet…
My toilet was shipped to me and arrived completely BROKEN in half...Walmart REFUSES 2x now to give me a return shipping label, stating I AM REQUIRED TO RETURN IT TO A PHYSICAL STORE...I don't have a car and I CANNOT PICK UP THE huge 40 pound box!! Horrible way to treat me, a long-time customer!!
Fed Ex delivery, live chat would be helpful
This item was broken when received it. All They they could do was offer me to return it and repurchase it. Not even schdule to have a replacement delivered.
