Wow.....seriously my legs are very sore!!! I have everything in my at home gym...treadmill, bike, ab coaster, stripper pole, free weights, total gym, boxing bag....and this thing kills me after only a mintue a day. Very stable....enough that my 3 kids using it daily hasnt broke it yet. :) For the price you cant go wrong. Its great!
Do about 600 total in 100 in a set sure feel the burn,really starts working on the inner thigh.Needs to be made so you can go out alittle wider spread for taller people(over 5'7")you hit the ends each time pretty much! The price is alittle high could be around $65.00 but if it works in the long run and can get use out of it for atleast 1-2yrs i'll be happy.Its strong for as simple as it is built,so from 1-10 at this point after aweek and atleast 1500 reps i'll rate it at 8 overall.
I purchased this based on other's reviews, hoping the positive reviews were actually correct & that the negatives were not. It takes up a small amout of space compared to other exercise equipment but it can not be folded etc - so it just stands there. It is difficult in the beginning to learn how to use it but once you get the hang of it, you definately feel the burn - I feel it today & everyday since I have started using it - My inner thighs are very sore so therefore it must be working. The CD workout is not that great but you can use the machine without it. I do belive you get a good workout on this machine but the price tag is far MORE than it should be. Once you have it assembled should you choose to purchase you'll see that the quality of it is poor. Can't really say as of yet but I suspect that this machine will break sooner than later.
If I were taller (I am all of 5') this probably would have worked a lot better. Very awkward for me to use, even on lowest setting. It was very easy to assemble but, can not store upright. I would recommend for someone taller at least 5'4". Did not have any trouble returning to the store even though it was bought online.
