Good quality and good price
Bought this to replace our last one. We use it for making iced tea (we live on it!) and we make iced tea year-round. The old one lasted 8 years of continuous use! It only was replaced because the spout started leaking and my husband tried everything to fix it to no avail.
It takes time to brew, but when it's done, it's great coffee. Give it an hour to brew before you plan to serve coffee. We found that it takes that long to brew; otherwise, it is very weak. Overall, the Urn is very attractive, and produces great coffee. Just have patience.
Loved this item. Had one for many years in one of my concession stands, so when I decided to placed one in yet another stand, i was so pleased to see that the price was still what i paid 4 years ago and the shipping was free, I ordered two! It was a no brainer. Great price, great product and with shortages of merchandise on things, I jumped at this chance .
We bought this to prepare coffee for military veterans at my school. Many veterans returned for a second cup because it was "strong" coffee. We followed the directions and it came out perfect.
This is for our church. We like the fact that grounds go into a covered sub section that helps keep grounds from being in coffee when full pot is fixed. Pours nicely and coffee tastes great.
Makes beautiful beverages the only thing it's missing is an on-off switch it must be unplugged in order to turn the device off
I bought this a few weeks ago to use in my business. Looks great and coffee tastes great, once it is finished brewing. A full 60 cup pot takes over an hour to brew. Not very happy with that.
I bought this for a conference for my church. I opened the box and it was missing the brewing stem and its part. I was very disappointed.
Was never able to use it. It took over 45 minutes to make the coffee and then the glass gauge leaked
