Great product and addition to kitchen area view. This adds drinking water to you with ease and simply beautiful in every way.
It's a nice stylish dispenser I love it! The waters a perfect cold temperature, not too cold but it's cold! The hot is hot. I am very happy with my purchase!

So far this cooler is doing what I want it to do. Provide cold and hot water at the push of a button. I like it so far. The only drawback is I wish it had an arrow on where to put the cup when I press the button. It took some time but I know where to line the cup up now.

Looks great! My old one was white and got discolored over the years so I love this one in black. Just started using it and so far so good. My only complaint was water did taste like plastic, but that's to be expected when you fist use it.
This is perfect for a bedroom. The only thing I dislike is the water flow that comes out. It comes out very light and kinda slow. But it is perfect for our bedroom. We bought it for upstairs bedroom due to drinking lots of water at night and taking medication as well. Not too loud. Over all works just fine
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This product does (nearly) everything right. It's light and compact, completely quiet, and uses very little power. It cools water instantly. I wish if it could take water automatically.
I like the black and the brand, matches are dishwasher. It started smoking when we first plugged it in. I shut the hot water button off, since we don't use it. It started leaking a few days ago. Not sure what caused the leak, the button is on the very top, so I know my toddler didn't push it. We may need to replace it with another one.
