This tv is bigger then it looks. It has amazing colors, sound and is quick with the menus too. Very good game lag and responsive. 120 hz is amazing for big tvs. A must have for gaming.

Do not buy this TV through Walmart or this seller. They will try to send you the 75” V755 model that is not QLED and try to rip you off.
Arrived late. Box came damaged. Tv cracked , beyond damaged. Return was a mess with no show pick ups. Still waiting on refund.
Received my order 8 days after it was suppose to be delivered. Customer service was no help on tracking my order. The box had some damage on the bottom but didn't think much of it. Finally unboxed my order and plugged it in and the screen was destroyed! It's out of stock so no exchange I can only return it. Sooo disappointed!!
I spent about a month researching all different types of TV's and landed on this Vizio 75". Was so excited to have it delivered and get it all set up! My first bad experience happened when my shipment got delayed...but I understood, stuff happens you can't control, no biggie I thought. The issue was the delay was gonna be almost 2 weeks...which means my 75" TV is now gonna sit in a truck while other packages are being added and removed (you can see where this is going) 3 weeks after my order, i finally received my TV....well, the delivery guy left it at the bottom of my porch cuz he couldn't be bothered to help my 110lbs girlfriend lift it up the 3 whole steps onto my front porch! But either way, I had it! It was in my house! Couldn't wait to get home from work to get it set up! The outside of the box had some gouges in the cardboard and even a decent size hole had been punched in the other side. As soon as I opened the box, I could already tell the screen was smashed (check out the pictures) Of course, when I tried to get a replacement, it was out of stock. I was fully refunded but just a very bad experience all around.
TV showed up with a giant crack on the top center of the screen, like someone took a hammer to it. It took over 2 weeks for it to be delivered from GA to FL. I purchased it on a Cyber Monday deal and wanted just to get a replacement, since it was a great deal. But I am only offered a refund.
Haven't even opened the TV yet. This is just regarding the delivery service from Walmart. First it was supposed to be delivered 12/13 (when I was off work). I specifically purchased a TV that would be delivered on a day I was off work. But it didn't show up. Then I never got any notice about the holdup. Tracking just showed it sitting in a warehouse in Pennsylvania for a week. Then it shows up on 12/20, when I'm at work (out of state). It's just in the display packaging, no discrete box or anything. Left propped up against the house. Might as well have had a “attention porch pirates” sign on it. When I got the notification I had to call my wife, who had to leave work to get it into the house. Ridiculous delivery from Walmart. I'll include the delivery notification picture I received when it was delivered. I have no idea how the TV performs, and this is not a review of the TV. My advice would be to buy your expensive electronics form a retailer that will value your privacy, and deliver when they say they will. Amazon has never let me down like this.
Horrible experience with the shipping carrier! Walmart order indicated the shipment is signature required, but the carrier claimed the shipment does not require signature and they eventually called me before delivery. However, upon delivery, the shipping box has a big and deep hole. The TV screen was shattered. Now, the whole package is sitting in my room, waiting for the same carrier to pick up for a refund. Walmart even does not provide a replacement! What a nightmare!
Ordered this TV on 11/27 on a Black Friday deal. The TV wasn't delivered until 12/22 and was delivered absolutely destroyed. Walmart would not exchange the TV because the price had gone up so much. Not my fault they took almost a month to deliver it. Walmart did refund my money but said if I wanted to exchange I would need to pay the current price which was $400 more than I paid. Ended up purchasing from a local electronics company and had 0 issues.
