[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Wow does the Smartsense Shiatsue realtouch chair pad with heat feel amazing. I love to have it on my computer chair it fits nicely on it . Its a little bulky and heavy but its easy to put on your chair. I love how great my back and body feels after using it. Its amazing to have a massage when you sit back relaxing.

I couldn't wait to take this thing out of the box and strap it to my computer chair. After all, who doesn't want a massage while they work? It is very user friendly and easy to figure out. Just plug it into the wall and you're ready to go. Once the chair has scanned your back, I recommend sitting still for the best massage experience or the gel rollers will be out of place but you can always choose to re-scan. You can also choose to target and massage a specific spot. I didn't notice much warmth using the heat feature and I wish the cord was longer. This would definitely improve my experience because unfortunately you can't go too far from the outlet or wall. Overall it is an amazing at home massage chair!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am sincerely delighted with this product, at first I was afraid that it would leave me with more pain than I had but my surprise was that it seemed that it had just come out of a spa, its smartsense technology helps to locate the stress points easier by working like this the most affected area. I really like the built-in remote so I can better control all the equipment and it makes it much more practical and it even has its own pocket. It is super easy to use and fits most common home seats and also has straps to adjust it to the chair and thus prevent it from moving, it comes with a cable that is quite long to connect to the product and this to your you go to the stream. It is very soft and fluffy. Idael to end a long and tired day, it comforts me a lot and relieves my pain especially in the lower back and neck, if you work as much as I do, you really need a Smartsense Shiatsu Realtouch Chai Pad with Heat Massager. Excellent quality, I recommend it.

I'm glad this has multiple features. Multiple area zones on the back. This does a full body scan when you begin. I also love that this come with the heat option.

It has a pocket to keep the remote control and a strap on the back to attach the massager pad securely on the chair so it doesn't slide off. The body scan mak s sure the massager knobs get the full layout of my back. You can choose to have a shiatsu massage or a rolling massage. The shiatsu feels like magic hands going up and down my back. You can also use the spot feature to position the massagers to a certain area on you back to work on. There is also a heated feature which feels amazing. This was a much needed investment!

I put it in my office chair and turned it on, couldn't believe how wonderful I felt sitting in my chair. My back was hurting the morning I came to work but once I sat down and turned on the chair pad and did the Shiatsu button, I was able to move about. So easy to use just strap it around your chair, and plug it in and turn the pad on. The touch pad has different settings to use, whole back, upper and lower back, heat, Shiatsu and rolling.

It's like having my own personal masseuse! And it has this thing called smartsense on it that actually finds my pressure points, for a more accurate massage. There are many different settings to get a good massage in just the right spot. I found that it was a little too much for my upper back and actually hurt on the shiatsu mode. I love it for my neck and lower back so I use the remote to work on specific areas! The warming feature is nice.

Here are my pros and cons Pros - easy to put together - Amazing individual body scan - product quality is really good - heat settings worked amazing if u had a long work day - available in most stores - relaxing feeling after 10-15 min of massage. - fits with almost all chairs - great Christmas present Cons - price is a bit expensive overall it's very relaxing feeling I had after using sharper image smart-sense shiatsu realtouch chair . Overall I had a great experience with it . I would totally recommend it
