So far so good, easy setup, working great wirelessly. ADF works well with only one paper jam. Some copies have vertical line present, that wasn't on the original but this has not happened consistently. Overall I'm pleased. Touch screen is rather small, causing occasional wrong function activation. After waiting to buy another printer, as none seem ideal, I would recommend this one.
Purchased at Sams after checking the manufacturers web site. Price there was $529.00 @ Sams it was $399.00 and as a bonus it came with an extra bottle of black ink. Great value.
Keep coming back to Epson EcoTank printers for over 5 years. I print so much for my business along if my kids school. The joy of no expensive cartridges and what seems to be uninterrupted printing. It prints super fast in black and white. Ecotanks have replaced my office printers and I'm not going back.
When I purchased the Epson EcoTank, it was out of frustration. I was new to working from home and discovered that my old printer was a money guzzler. I was spending about $80 every six to eight weeks! It seemed as if the ink was always running low or out. I couldn't figure out why the ink was costing more than the actual printer. Then one day, I saw an ad for the Epson EcoTank. I researched the heck out of it and only saw positive feedback. I was apprehensive because I have had several printers in the past. Could it really deliver on the promise of using less ink? Well, listen, it did. I literally have not changed the ink in my printer for 1.5 years! Yep, I saved around $693 during that time. I am a huge fan of this printer. No longer am I frustrated and throwing money away on costly ink cartridges. I also shared my experience with my dad, and he is now using the EcoTank. I forgot to mention that the quality of the printer is excellent and far exceeds my previous printers
I bought this printer for my home Based business and I absolutely love it. The ink lasts for a long time. And the ink replacements are so affordable. It's easy and simple to operate.
Very happy with the ease to set up with my Mac. Also, copy quality is great, could not be happier with our choice of printers. Performs as advertised. If I had one suggestion it would be to have the "home screen" tilt up. We have the printer on a lower table and need to bend down to see the screen. Just a suggestion.
I got tired of paying exorbitant prices for HP ink. So, when it broke, I opted for a change. I did compare the cartridge less HP 7602 to this one and also the cannon equivalent. READ DIRECTIONS FIRST! Go Slow, read everything. I downloaded the app. I also went to the site to see if there was anything different. There wasn't. you can do it either way. Easy set up. Took a little bit of time, (less than an hour) initializing, aligning print head etc. but not complicated. It is quick printing, a little faster than the HP 9025 that went caput! No one shows what the print or copies look like for people to judge the quality. 1. Copy of a survey done from the ADF. the one on the left is an original copy. The one on the right is from the Epson printer. 2. The second is a print directly from an apple 13 pro max iPhone. There is a little more yellow in the copy than the actual photo (3rd picture) and what the house color is, but it is sharp. It is done on regular plain paper. No color adjustments were done to the printer. The Printer was set up right out of the box. So far when first using it, I am pleased with the results.
the scanner doesn't work it is always error or Jam, and show the messages A paper ham has occurred. see the documentation for instructions on removing your originals. all the the time scan or copy. i am so tired about this Printer, I just purchased yesterday and today I have to return it.
This printer has been poor since purchase. It was the most difficult to set up of any I've had, printing is slow, ink use is fast, and the document feeder works about 1 out of 5 times that I try to use it, meaning I can't use it most of the time. I purchased an Epson because a previous Epson was my favorite printer, ever.
Black ink spilled out of the broken tank onto our furniture, carpeting and books in our home office. Carpeting is ruined. This happened during printer set up and there was no way to see that the tank was cracked. Printer was sold on WalMart.com by a third-party vendor. Can't recover your damages. Your only option on Walmart web site is the automated contact form. Sure, you can ask for a refund. (Still waiting). Walmart store was very sympathetic when we dropped it off, but "there is nothing we can do. Because it is third-party." Not sold by Walmart. Not heard from their vendor yet, but I can see it coming: the shipper is responsible. You get the picture.
