I bought a GE refrigerator so I figured I would buy a GE dishwasher for my new townhouse. The best feature for me about it has been the delay in setting the time for it to start. I don't like running anything in peak hours so I have it starting around midnight.
We love the sleek design of the dishwasher. It's very quiet to use at night as well. Navigation of the appliance was very user friendly as well. Installation was also very easy!
Just got this installed on 1/26 and have only ran a test wash but so far so good. Fairly quite, normal wash runs a lot longer than expected, well over an hour. Not sure if that is for water saving but there is an option to run a 1 hour cycle. Easy to install and looks really nice.
Great dishwasher! User friendly and cleans dishes very well! The Dry Boost is a great feature and ensures dishes are completely dry. The exterior is very easy to clean and the stainless steel goes well with our other appliances.
I've only had it a month, but I like it - the only thing I'm not totally pleased with the control panel - sticks out much further than my last GE dishwasher and blocks a drawer from opening when the dishwasher is closed...otherwise, I like it - its not totally silent, but its still fairly quiet - I wouldn't hesitate to run it when I have company.
So far I absolutely love my GE dishwasher! Has great features especially the delay feature. And the sanitize feature is so helpful. One regret, I should've gone a step up and got the third top level for big utensils and also stainless steel inside. The new smell inside is not great but I know it will go away!
I replaced a new whirlpool dishwasher with this GE dishwasher. It was the best purchase I could ever make. I keep having problems with the whirlpool dishwasher and I have not had any issues with this GE model. Thanks GE for making me a great product.
Good product. It works well. However, sometimes, the “normal” cycle does not clean dishes well enough and leaves smeared, foggy, areas. Better results are achieved in the “heavy” cycle. I like the buttons are accessible, even with the door closed, unlike other dishwashers with buttons on top of the door. The metal is definitely fingerprint resistant and cleans easily, and stays shiny.
I just installed my ne GE dishwasher. Very easy to install. I love the look and design. It's a lot lighter than my previous GE Profile dishwasher. I can tell there is difference in the quality of the material. However, the new GE dishwasher do have extra features, like wifi connectivity and extra dry boost and the sleek design update the appearance of my kitchen.
This dishwasher seems like it'll be fine. However, the upper spray arm had a piece broken off so it does not stay in place. So I don't yet know how well it cleans dishes. It also came dented, and I was not expecting that. Finally, when I was trying to run a test, I got an H2O error. The water was connected correctly and was turned on. After an hour I figured out that the solenoid was not assembled. Fortunately, once I saw a picture of what it was supposed to look like, I was able to assemble it quickly.
