So far we love it, quiet, simple. Get on & Go. It is HEAVY so put it together in the room u will be setting it up in. There is a red button by the front plug- on the machine it us a reset button u must flip to get it started. Press & hold the Fit button to by pass signing up for the service. Really easy to put together but very heavy. Arrives via freight & is huge. Our lil rollie cart 4 moving from Harbor Frieght worked well to get it into our yard.
Love my new elliptical. Was easy to put together, only needed my daughter to lift one side to place a piece of cardboard under for assembly. Then I set up my new iFit account, with 6 months free! I’m a newbie to the iFit, but find it amazing, lots of programs to get you started and build up your endurance. My husband seems to like it too, caught him using it the other day!

Great elliptical. Provides a full range of challenging exercises with the iFit programs. I had thought that one year of iFit is included; however, only six months of complimentary service is provided. IFit is not inexpensive. It arrived via a trucking company where it was placed in my driveway on a pallet. It is heavy. It will be up to you to locate it inside. Very easy to assemble. Very easy.
Looked for quite a while for an elliptical. Was leaning toward this one at a sale at another place, and thought to check to see what Sams carried. They had the elliptical at a cheaper price than anywhere else I could find. Free delivery is a plus too...very sturdy, and heavy. Minimal assembly required...took about 30 minutes once unpacked. One negative is it tells you when you go to use it the first time you must set up an iFit account to use it. This is not true, but they must have a kickback from iFit because there are no directions about bypassing this. If you just want to use without iFit simply hold down the iFit button below the display screen for 30 seconds and it will bypass this.
We have used other ellipticals in the past and this one is the best that we have used. It is strong, has great range of motion with a 20 plus stride length.

Heavy duty elliptical, easy ,assembly - took about 1.5 hours - except for one arm that was a bit out of alignment so needed a rubber mallet persuasion hit, heart rate monitor accuracy via grip way off, would like that to be close to accurate. Nice machine otherwise.
The white glove setup could have been better. I subsequently found out that that they had put some bolts in the wrong places. They and I had trouble getting one of the arms to stay tight. The repairperson took care of that. However, proform doesn't have enough people doing repair so it took me some time to get an appointment. The heart monito doesn't work particularly well. It's way off unless one stops moving.
The Pro-Form Pro 9.9 is a beautiful, sturdy, solid piece of exercise equipment. However, the one they sent to us, ended up with me spending hours trying to correct a manufacturing problem, after talking with service technician. Looks like this heavy piece (350 lb.) of equipment needs to go back. So disappointing. Tried to fix the resistance problem to no avail! The Eliptical was unusable from the start because of this problem. So frustrating!
